Frequently Asked Questions


Order your wedding stationery by downloading the order form from our website. Please, fill the form neatly (preferably block capital letters) and accurately (you are responsible for any typos or mistakes) and email it back to us, including 50% deposit to start your order (see section Payment).

You do not have to order all items at once. It is often the case that the quantities for your other stationery items depend on the response from your wedding invitations. You can place your wedding stationery order separately and we will have all your design, personal information etc. remembered to make ordering your other stationery items easy.

We always advise ordering 5-10 extra invitations to allow for mistakes or last minute changes to your guest list. If you haven't ordered extra and wish to order them at a later date, provided there are no changes to wording etc., then we will be happy to produce them at the same rates as quoted in your initial order.

Greeting cards: We aim to dispatch purchases same or next day by Royal Mail First Class (UK) or Airmail (Overseas). You will receive your order depending on the postage you wish to pay, in most cases 2-3 days (UK), 7-10 days (EU) or 10-14 days (Rest Of The World).

Trade accounts only: Due to the exclusive handmade nature of our greeting cards, please allow sufficient time for processing your order. On average, we would need 3-4 days for completion, depending on the quantity ordered. In any instance, we would advise you upon placing the order with us.


Due to the handmade-to-order nature of your wedding stationery we require 50% non-refundable payment before any proofs are prepared for your approval. Should you decide to cancel your order, this payment is retained to warrant the time of work spent on your order. The second instalment of 50% of full payment is to be made upon placing your order and returning the signed proofs from you.

We accept secure Visa®, MasterCard® and Maestro® credit or debit card payments via our website, telephone or in person.

SABIVO Design accepts MasterCard MAESTRO VISA Credit Debit Cards and PayPal Payments

Payment can also be made by PayPal via our website where your order will be uploaded on the website upon receipt of your order form. You will be prompted via email to pay your 50% deposit and you are advised to pay it within 5 working days as following that period the order will be automatically closed down. Failure to pay within your allocated time slot may result in losing your allocated slot for design and production and your order may be delayed.

Payment by sterling cheque, payable to 'Sabina Kovacheva' is available. Please, write your name on the back of the cheque and send to our studio address 18 Marmion Close, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9GS, UK. Your order begins upon cheque being cleared.


We will send you proofs for all your stationery items via email in the form of a pdf document for you to view. You must print off, write 'Approved', sign every single design and return via email/post. It is only once you have signed the confirmation of these proofs in writing that we will proceed with your order. If you would rather have a hard copy of your proofs, please inform us upon ordering and this will be arranged for you. Every hard copy is paid as per standard price list and the hard copy order value is not subtracted from the total value as it may incur further changes.

Second proof is available if there are any spelling mistakes, typos etc. but we are not to be held responsible for them as we do our own proofing before we dispatch the goods to you. Please, check your order carefully and refrain from changing after second proof as amends after this time incur 6.00 charge per job required.

Proof checks please check that all spelling is correct, you are happy with the layout, all stationery items are included, all dates and information is correct. We include a proof check list with every set of proofs we send out, making it easy and straightforward for you to check.

SABIVO Design is not to be held responsible for mistakes and typos after the proofs have been approved. If reprint is required after that it will be treated as new order and charged accordingly.


We aim to despatch your wedding stationery within 10 working days of receiving proof confirmation. However, due to the exclusive nature of our product and exquisite hand painting and hand-embellishment, please note that certain products are more elaborate than others. This may add a couple of days on the lead time, but you would be advised accordingly.

We offer an express service that guarantees dispatch within 6 working days of proof confirmation. This service is subject to an additional charge of 50.00 one-off charge and 6.00 for any every additional job required to customise the wedding stationery. Please indicate 'express delivery' when making your initial order. We will return the final order form with correct final order value depending on the level of customisation of your wedding stationery. Payable 50% deposit is still required before we commence your express order.

We take great care to ensure safe and prompt delivery via Courier Service and items require a signature on arrival. Postage and packing is charged at 15.00 standard. Please note, if you order invitations and 'on the day' stationery separately, then packing and postal charge incurs for each delivery.

Due to the nature of Table Plans, they are sent separately and their delivery charge is 50.00.

Orders of up to 20 products will be sent at cost. Customers will be notified prior payment.

FREE delivery is available for orders over 150 total value. If the total value of your order is 150 but you chose to split it in two deliveries, then charges would incur for each delivery.

Greeting Cards Standard UK Delivery Time: Delivery for greeting cards and single wedding samples in the UK starts at just 0.99. Our standard delivery is sent by First Class mail which is usually delivered within one to two days, this however is not guaranteed. Occasionally it can take up to ten days. Unfortunately ordinary First Class mail cannot be tracked. Please allow minimum of eight days after placing an order before contacting us about a lost item(s). Our 'Super Saver' delivery is sent by First Class mail which is usually delivered within 2-3 days (in most cases 1-2 days), this however is not guaranteed and the service is non-trackable. Occasionally it can take up to ten days. Should you chose this service, we are not to be held responsible whether the letter/parcel gets lost. For a piece of mind, we always recommend using Royal Mail 'Signed For' option as the service is guaranteed and trackable.

Greeting Cards International Delivery Time: International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 7 (three to seven) days to Europe and 5 to 10 (five to ten) days outside Europe. Royal Mail however cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over the letter/parcel once it is passed over to another country. Sometimes it may take longer.

SABIVO Design accepts no responsibility for any damage to goods or loss in transit. If this is a concern to you please contact us to make alternative arrangements. We accept no responsibility for delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes, mistakes made by our Courier Company or a delay in the delivery of materials. If there is a problem you will be contacted immediately and we will do our best to overcome this. If you live locally orders can be collected with prior appointment.

We will not refund any money paid for postage and packing.


Samples of the wedding invitation card or postcard are available in each design and are charged at the respective prices for each product per sample. Delivery for single wedding samples in the UK starts at just 0.99.

The cost of your samples (up to the value of 10.00, on orders over 100.00) will be deducted from your future order, should you decide to proceed with SABIVO Design as choice of your wedding stationery provider by placing your order within 30 days of receiving the samples.


There is no minimum total order value for our wedding stationery however, we suggest that you order the following items: Save the Dates, Invitations, Order of Service/Order of the Day, Place Cards and Thank You Cards. We also recommend ordering a few extra in case of last minute guest changes or any mistakes made whilst writing out names.

We offer 10% saving of the total order if your order is 150 items or more (please contact us beforehand), including FREE delivery, see details in DELIVERY section.


A bespoke wedding service costs a one-off fee of 60 which covers consultation, research, design, proofs and up to two amends of the design. Your design will apply for all wedding stationery you order. The one-off fee is payable before work starts and is non refundable even if you decide not to proceed with our design suggestion. Please, be advised that we have a certain 'style' and would always design similarly. We aim to satisfy your needs but if you are not happy after 2 proofs of your design, then we have the right to cancel the order and retain the design fee to warrant the time spent working on it.

Bespoke orders are entitled to 15 min initial FREE consultation over the phone, so please email us to book a slot. This consultation is without obligation of purchase. Additional consultations are charged at a rate of 20.00/h. If you wish to proceed, we will email you a questionnaire form via email to gauge your aspirations and expectations, alongside with invoice and payment details. Once payment is received we will book in dates for your design time and proofs. Prices for printing and making your order will be additional to the design fee and as per standard on the website.

Personalisation: We can amend and adapt existing design to suit your taste for one off cost of 25.00, which is non refundable. Please email details and requirements. We can also make the following custom changes with charges applied accordingly, which cover the cost of the personalisation and running the initial samples in our studio (prototypes) before we send them to you for approval.

We can arrange for text to be printed in other languages (bi-lingual text). The text must be supplied in full and checked by you via email. We do not accept responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors made in the original text supplied. The charge depends on what items need changing, but as guidance see the table above.

Goods remain property of SABIVO Design until all money outstanding is paid in full.

SABIVO Design reserves the right to add your design or elements of it to our range of bespoke wedding stationery after your wedding date.


Due to the nature of the product we reserve the right to make minor changes or substitutions whenever necessary (certain components like stones, jewels, bows etc.), however, the high standard of SABIVO Design wedding stationery and greeting cards will be maintained at all times. If changes occur to original design we will notify you accordingly.

We reserve the right to add or remove products from the range or modify the specifications of products without notice.

We reserve the right to modify pricing as necessary but will honour the published price list at the date of order.

We strive to ensure that all products are available at all times, especially because we are produce on-demand publisher. However, we will not be responsible if a product is unavailable when you order and we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund. We would also advise how long it would take to make the new quantity, should you wish to keep the original order.

The nature of our wedding stationery and greeting cards is 'original artwork', because each and every single of your wedding stationery is individually hand painted. Please, be aware that colours on the computer screen may vary from colours in real life, especially as we use watercolours for hand painting. They are the highest quality colour-fast watercolours, but please refrain from exposing them to direct sunlight.

Greeting cards - any changes to the product following six months within retail environment is assumed as normal wear and tear of the product.


You may cancel your order before you have seen your proofs, however we retain the 50% deposit, which you have paid upon booking the order.

Once you have received your wedding stationery we do not accept returns unless your items are faulty. If there is a wedding cancellation before you receive your stationery, we will endeavour to help you in this difficult situation and will refund the order value of any items that have not been handmade by us up to that point. Please, make sure that the 50% deposit is non-returnable.

You could change/modify your order at a later date, however we retain the 50% non-returnable deposit of the initial order. We will return the outstanding amount provided no work has began and no proofs have been sent.


In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

(a) On receipt of order, you must notify us of any damages or complaints within 7 days of receiving your order. SABIVO Design must be notified in writing by email. Complaints following 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

(b) Provide us with tracking reference details of your product return. Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to: SABIVO Design, 18 Marmion Close, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9GS, UK. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

  • We recommend you send returns using a courier or guaranteed postal service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing en-route to us.
  • In the unlikely event an error is made on our part after the proofs have been approved we will replace or change items free of charge.
  • Refunds or exchanges can only be given where goods are found to be faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met.
  • We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs when you post individual items to your guests. We can offer advice regarding posting methods if you wish.

    The following products may not be returned under this policy:

    (a) any product made to your specification;

    (b) any product made to order.


    We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

    We will not refund any money paid for postage and packing.

    We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

    We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 (thirty) days of the day we received your returned product.


    Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

    (a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

    (b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

    (c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 (fourteen) days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.


    We understand that planning a wedding is a difficult and stressful task but we reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason to anyone at our sole discretion.


    SABIVO Design collects personal information in order to provide services to its customers. For example, if you place a product order, SABIVO Design will collect and use your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address. SABIVO Design will use the personal information you provide for the fulfilment of the service request, i.e. sending your product order or answering your enquiry.

    SABIVO Design may occasionally use e-mail to send newsletters or promotions that would be of interest to customers. You can choose to unsubscribe here.

    We do not rent, share, sell, or by any other method give your email address, mailing address or phone number to any other party. As a customer of SABIVO Design, or by submitting your details to us, you will receive material pertaining to SABIVO Design only and will not be put on a general sales list.

    All designs shown are protected by copyright and legal action will be taken against anyone who reproduces these designs. The images and the website layout is also copyright protected, therefore image distribution without our consent is unlawful and legal action will be taken against offenders.
